Billboard Resumes (BR) and Customer agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No representations or warranties are made regarding the materials in or operations of BillboardResumes.com. BR shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may result from the use of the website. Materials in and operations of the web site are provided as is and there is no warranty that they will be free from errors and/or interruptions. Any liability to you for any damages or losses of any kind shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of one of these web sites and/or any purchase made from us.
2. BR does not guarantee the success of your advertisement, nor can guarantee that you will be hired as a result of your ad. Further, BR is not liable for power outages or other billboard failures. In the event of a power outage or other failure, your ad will be displayed for an additional length of time equal to the length of time the ad was not displayed. In the event we are unable to display your ad after payment, you will be refunded the amount of money equal to the number of days your ad was not displayed. Further, BR is not liable for any circumstances or incidents that arise as a result of you posting your picture on the ad, or by adding your resume to the BillboardResumes.com website. You will hold BR harmless as a result of liability incurred by BR as a result of any of your postings on the ad or on the BR website.
3. BR corporate offices are in Weston, FL, USA. The website as well as these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and the USA, regardless of the location of the user, and any claims of any kind related thereto must be filed in the courts located in Broward County, FL. This represents the entire agreement between you and Billboard Resumes® and may not be modified except by a signed written agreement. If any provision of these terms and agreements shall be declared by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, such provisions shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
4. Customer agrees not to use any libelous, obscene and/or offensive language and/or graphics in the design and/or wording of any AD you hire Billboard Resumes® to display. Billboard Resumes® reserves the right to not print any AD which it determines to be libelous, offensive and/or obscene in nature and/or content, and/or in violation of any copyright or trademark laws. If we decide NOT to print your banner because it violates Billboard Resumes terms and conditions, we will refund the amount you paid for the advertising, less the $99 set-up fee authorized by you.
5. Advertising is made on third party billboards. Billboard Resumes does not own the billboards, and is only leasing the space for the advertisement.
6. Customer agrees not to use any unauthorized intellectual property, including copyrighted material, trademarks or other similarly protected materials of others in the design and/or wording of any AD you hire Billboard Resumes® to display. Billboard Resumes® reserves the right to remove any AD, that we determine is in violation and/or infringing on a trademark or copyright or has been determined by the courts to be illegal for any reason.
7. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to pay Billboard Resumes the amounts submitted on the payment form.
8. Your resume will be displayed on the billboard of your choice in a rotating fashion for the time period you requested and paid for. Nothing herein gives Customer the exclusive rights to advertise on a given billboard. In the event the chosen billboard is unavailable, customer will be contacted and asked if they prefer an alternative billboard. In the event, prior to advertising, Customer does not agree to advertising on a different billboard, any payment made to Billboard Resumes will be refunded to customer.
9. CANCELLATION OF AD. The $99 setup fee is non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription prior to the termination date of your ad, you will be responsible for the cost of the ad on a daily rate of $28.57 for the days your ad is displayed.
10.REOCCURRING PAYMENTS. Once your advertising duration has ended, your ad will automatically renew on a weekly basis at a rate of $99 per week. Your credit card or account will be charged the $99 per week until Billboard Resumes is notified of a cancellation via email here.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF ITS TERMS.
Billboard Resumes may revise these Legal Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You are bound by any revisions we make and, therefore, should visit this page when you are on this website and review the then current Terms and Conditions.
